We built it because the alternatives were either too expensive, too complicated, or built for someone else.
Why We Built This
Look at what an Indian SMB owner is supposed to do today: pay HubSpot or Salesforce ₹1,500-₹2,000 per user per month for a CRM, then pay Keka or Zoho People another ₹150-₹300 per user for HRMS, then pay a CA for payroll, then stitch it all together with Zapier or by re-typing data into three systems.
That stack costs more than most small business owners earn in profit. And none of it is built for the way Indian businesses actually work, the WhatsApp-first sales process, the PF/ESIC/TDS payroll rules, the Hindi-speaking field teams, the ₹299 price point that makes the math work.
We wanted one platform that does the job, costs what an Indian SMB can afford, and treats Indian compliance as a first-class feature, not a regional plugin.

As you grow, you can add HRMS and payroll on the same login, so when sales closes a deal, attendance tracks the team that delivered it and payroll pays them at month-end, all from the same data. We are not a big company yet. That is on purpose. Small means we ship faster, fix bugs the day they are reported, and answer customer emails ourselves.

How We Built This
ViveLead did not start as a startup pitch. It started as a problem.
Indian SMB owners kept telling us the same story: paying ₹2,000 per user for HubSpot, another ₹200 for Keka, another ₹500 to a CA for payroll. ₹2,700 per employee per month, three logins, three vendors, three places where data goes out of sync. For a 20-person team that is ₹54,000 every month before anyone makes a sale.
The “Indian” alternatives were either too basic to run a real sales process, or copies of foreign tools with prices to match. The ones that did work for Indian compliance treated WhatsApp as an afterthought. The ones that handled WhatsApp had no payroll. The ones that did both wanted ₹50,000 per month minimum.
We asked a different question: what would a CRM look like if it was built by Indian engineers, for Indian SMBs, from Indian compliance up?
That meant integrating CRM and HRMS at the data layer, not bolting them together. Lead-to-cash and hire-to-payroll on the same database. WhatsApp Business API as a first-class lead source, not a checkbox. PF/ESIC/TDS calculations done correctly the first time, with audit trails. INR pricing that matches what Indian SMBs actually budget for software.
We started with three CRM plans: ₹299, ₹499, ₹999. The Starter plan has the full core CRM. Professional adds sales pipelines and WhatsApp. Business adds built-in calling, AI, and API. HR and payroll are an optional add-on at ₹99 per user, on any plan. That is the entire pricing model.
