AiSensy Pricing 2026: Plans, Agent Costs and the Meta Markup

AiSensy Basic is Rs 1,500 a month and Pro is Rs 3,200, both plus GST, with 5 agents included and Rs 750 for each one after. The part the plans page does not show is the markup on Meta's message rates. Full working.

The Short Answer

AiSensy Basic is Rs 1,500 a month plus GST. Pro is Rs 3,200 a month plus GST. Billed yearly those become Rs 1,350 and Rs 2,880 a month, a 10 percent discount. There is a free tier with fair-use limits.

That is the part their pricing page shows. Two things it does not put next to the plan price decide what you actually pay: the per-agent charge past five, and the markup on every message you send.

The Plans, Exactly

BasicPro
MonthlyRs 1,500 + GSTRs 3,200 + GST
Yearly (per month)Rs 1,350 + GSTRs 2,880 + GST
Owner + agents included1 + 51 + 5
Each agent after thatRs 750/monthRs 750/month

Add-ons are separate and none of them are bundled:

  • Chatbot flows: Rs 2,500/month + GST for 5 flows. Each additional 10 flows is another Rs 2,500.
  • WhatsApp AI agent builder: Rs 1,350/month for 1,000 AI messages.
  • Indian virtual number: Rs 2,000 + GST a year, or Rs 299 for three months.

The Part That Is Not on the Plans Page

WhatsApp messages are billed per message, not per 24-hour conversation, since Meta changed the model. What you pay per message depends on who you buy through.

Message typeMeta list rate, IndiaAiSensy chargesDifference
MarketingRs 0.8631Rs 1.09+26.3%
Utility / AuthenticationRs 0.115Rs 0.145+26.1%
Service (reply in the 24h window)FreeFreenone

This is not a scandal and it is not unique to AiSensy. Indian Business Solution Providers commonly add 10 to 30 percent, because reselling messages is how a BSP funds a platform it sells for Rs 1,500 a month. It is worth knowing because for anyone sending real volume, the message line is the bigger half of the bill, and it is the half nobody quotes you.

Meta also raised the India marketing rate from Rs 0.7846 to Rs 0.8631 on 1 January 2026, roughly 10 percent, which flows through to every tool.

What a Real Team Pays

A team of 10, sending 10,000 marketing messages a month, on Basic billed yearly.

LinePer year
Basic subscription, Rs 1,350 x 12Rs 16,200
4 extra agents beyond the included 5, Rs 750 x 4 x 12Rs 36,000
1,20,000 marketing messages at Rs 1.09Rs 1,30,800
Total before GSTRs 1,83,000

The same messages at Meta’s own rate would be Rs 1,03,572. So Rs 27,228 a year of that bill is the markup, more than the subscription itself.

Add the CRM you still need, because AiSensy holds contacts and tags rather than leads, owners, stages and deal values. Zoho CRM at roughly Rs 800 per user is another Rs 96,000 a year for ten people, on a second login.

Running total: about Rs 2,79,000 a year across two tools.

ViveLead Professional is Rs 999 per user per month with the official WhatsApp API, the pipeline, lead owners, follow-up automation and Meta lead-ad capture on one login. For ten users that is Rs 1,19,880, plus the same 1,20,000 messages billed by Meta directly to your own account at Rs 1,03,572. About Rs 2,23,452.

Honest note on where that flips. If you are a pure broadcaster with five people and no CRM alongside, AiSensy is cheaper and this page says so plainly. Basic for six people is Rs 16,200 a year against Rs 71,928 for ViveLead Professional. The maths only turns once you are paying for agents past five, or paying for a CRM as well, or sending enough messages that a 26 percent markup outweighs a subscription.

The Change Worth Modelling Before You Sign Anything

From 1 October 2026 Meta starts charging for service messages, and for utility messages sent inside an open 24-hour window. Both are free today.

This is Meta’s change and it hits every WhatsApp API tool identically, AiSensy and ViveLead included. It matters here because if your volume is mostly replies and order updates rather than marketing blasts, your bill is about to gain a line that does not exist today, and a yearly plan signed on this month’s numbers will not reflect it.

Why ViveLead’s Message Billing Is Different

ViveLead is not a BSP reselling messages. You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account, Meta bills you directly at Meta’s rate, and no ViveLead invoice has a per-message line on it. There is nothing for us to mark up because the money never passes through us.

Being straight about what we do charge for: calling minutes and AI usage run on a prepaid wallet and those do carry a thin markup over our own cost, in the region of 15 percent, which pays for the metering. WhatsApp messages are not part of that.

Who Should Stay on AiSensy

If broadcasting is the whole job, your team is five or fewer, and sales tracking already lives somewhere you are happy with, AiSensy’s Basic or free tier is a fair pick and switching would mean paying for a CRM you do not use. Their campaign tooling on Pro, with retargeting and scheduling, is deeper than ours for high-volume marketing calendars.

If your WhatsApp leads have nowhere to go after they reply, read the AiSensy alternative page instead, which is about the CRM gap rather than the bill.

AiSensy Pricing: FAQs

What it costs, with the working shown

Basic Rs 1,500/month + GST, or Rs 1,350/month billed yearly. Pro Rs 3,200/month + GST, or Rs 2,880 yearly. A free tier exists with fair-use limits. Every paid plan includes 1 owner + 5 agents; each agent after that is Rs 750/month.
Yes, about 26 percent. AiSensy publishes Rs 1.09 per marketing message and Rs 0.145 per utility or authentication message. Meta’s own India list rate is Rs 0.8631 and Rs 0.115. Indian BSPs commonly add 10 to 30 percent and it is how a Rs 1,500 platform is funded, but it is not shown next to the plan price and for anyone sending volume it is the larger half of the bill.
Five agents are included, so ten people need 4 extra seats at Rs 750, which is Rs 3,000/month. On yearly Basic that is Rs 16,200 + Rs 36,000 = Rs 52,200 a year before GST and before a single message. Add 10,000 marketing messages a month and the messages alone are about Rs 1,30,800 a year, of which Rs 27,228 is markup over Meta’s rate.
On the rate card effective 1 July 2026: Rs 0.8631 marketing, Rs 0.115 utility and authentication, exclusive of 18 percent GST. Service messages inside the 24-hour window are currently free. Meta raised the marketing rate from Rs 0.7846 on 1 January 2026, roughly 10 percent.
Yes, and it is Meta’s change, not AiSensy’s. From 1 October 2026 Meta begins charging for service messages and for utility messages inside an open 24-hour window, both free today. It hits every WhatsApp API tool equally. If your volume is mostly replies rather than marketing, model that before signing a yearly plan anywhere.
Chatbot flows Rs 2,500/month + GST for 5, another Rs 2,500 per additional 10. AI agent builder Rs 1,350/month for 1,000 AI messages. Indian virtual number Rs 2,000 + GST a year, or Rs 299 for three months. None are included in Basic or Pro.

AiSensy plan prices, agent rates and add-on prices verified 7 September 2026 from aisensy.com/pricing and AiSensy’s own pricing-update note. Meta rates from Meta’s published India rate card effective 1 July 2026. All figures exclude 18 percent GST unless stated. Vendor and platform rates change; check both sources before budgeting.
