CRM Pricing in India 2026: What 8 Tools Actually Cost Per User
Real published INR prices for Zoho, Bigin, Freshsales, TeleCRM, Kylas, HubSpot, Salesforce and ViveLead, read off each vendor's own pricing page. Plus the onboarding fees, per-user add-ons and monthly-billing penalties that the plan card does not show.

The Short Answer
Entry CRM plans in India cost Rs 400 to Rs 800 per user per month on annual billing, before GST.
Here is every price on this page in one table. All figures were read off each vendor’s own pricing page on 7 September 2026, from an Indian connection, and all exclude 18 percent GST.
| Tool | Entry plan, billed yearly | Same plan, billed monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Bigin by Zoho (Express) | Rs 400 | Rs 550 |
| ViveLead (Starter) | Rs 499 | Rs 499 |
| HubSpot Sales Hub (Starter) | Rs 585 | Rs 1,670 |
| Freshsales (Growth) | Rs 749 | not published |
| TeleCRM (Core) | Rs 799 | Rs 1,099 quarterly, no monthly option |
| Zoho CRM (Standard) | Rs 800 | higher, see below |
| Kylas (Elevate) | Rs 12,999 flat for unlimited users | same |
| Salesforce (Starter Suite) | 25 US dollars | 25 US dollars |
Now the part that decides your actual bill.
The Entry Price Is Not the Price
Almost nobody stays on the entry tier. It exists to win the price comparison you are doing right now. What matters is the jump to the tier that does what you came for: automation, WhatsApp, reporting, permissions.
| Tool | Entry | Next tier up | Multiplier |
|---|---|---|---|
| TeleCRM | Rs 799 | one plan only | 1.0x |
| Zoho CRM | Rs 800 | Rs 1,400 | 1.75x |
| Bigin | Rs 400 | Rs 720 | 1.8x |
| ViveLead | Rs 499 | Rs 999 | 2.0x |
| Salesforce | 25 dollars | 100 dollars | 4.0x |
| Freshsales | Rs 749 | Rs 3,239 | 4.3x |
| HubSpot Sales Hub | Rs 585 | Rs 7,497 | 12.8x |
HubSpot Sales Starter at Rs 585 is genuinely one of the cheapest entry plans in this market. HubSpot Sales Professional, the first tier with sequences, forecasting and real workflow automation, is Rs 7,497 per seat per month. That is not a criticism of HubSpot, it is a different product sold under the same brand. It is a criticism of comparing entry prices.
The Four Costs the Plan Card Does Not Show
1. Required onboarding fees
HubSpot’s own pricing page carries this footnote under Professional:
Cost shown does not include the required, one-time Professional Onboarding for a fee of Rs 125,000.
And under Enterprise, which is Rs 12,500 per seat per month, the same sentence with Rs 2,92,000. The word doing the work is “required”. This is not an optional implementation package from a partner, it is a line on the first invoice.
Nobody else on this list charges a mandatory onboarding fee. TeleCRM has a one-time Rs 1,999 charge to set up the WhatsApp API, which is a different order of magnitude.
2. Per-user add-ons that cost more than the plan
Freshsales Growth is Rs 749 per user. Branded documents, an add-on, is Rs 1,299 per user per month, which is 1.7 times the plan it attaches to. Freddy AI is billed separately again at Rs 4,299 per 100 sessions.
TeleCRM is Rs 799 per user. Chat Sync, which is what puts WhatsApp conversations into the CRM, is another Rs 200 per user per month. For a ten-person team that is Rs 24,000 a year on top, plus the Rs 1,999 setup.
HubSpot meters AI separately as credits, at Rs 756 per 1,000 credits on annual billing.
3. The monthly billing penalty
Paying monthly is the single most expensive decision on this page, and it is the one every cautious buyer makes first.
- HubSpot Sales Starter: Rs 585 yearly, Rs 1,670 monthly. That is 185 percent more for the same product.
- Bigin Express: Rs 400 yearly, Rs 550 monthly.
- Zoho CRM: advertises “save up to 34% with yearly plans”.
- TeleCRM: no monthly plan exists. Quarterly is Rs 1,099 against Rs 799 annual.
The trade is real, not imaginary: annual billing means paying twelve months up front to a tool you have used for a week. ViveLead prices the same either way, at Rs 499, Rs 999 and Rs 1,699 per user per month, so the yearly bill is twelve times the monthly one and there is no discount to chase.
4. GST, and dollars
Every vendor here quotes ex-tax. Zoho spells it out: local taxes will be charged in addition to the prices mentioned. Add 18 percent at invoicing. A GST-registered business reclaims it as input credit, so compare pre-tax but budget post-tax.
Salesforce sells to Indian buyers in US dollars: Starter Suite 25 dollars per user per month, Pro Suite 100 dollars, Enterprise 175 dollars, Unlimited 350 dollars, with everything above Starter billed annually only. For an Indian buyer that adds currency movement and card-FX to the bill, and it means the price you compared in January is not the price you renew at.
What a 10-Person Team Pays for a Year
Twelve months, ten users, annual billing, before GST.
| Tool and plan | Year one |
|---|---|
| Bigin Express | Rs 48,000 |
| ViveLead Starter | Rs 59,880 |
| HubSpot Sales Starter | Rs 70,200 |
| Freshsales Growth | Rs 89,880 |
| TeleCRM Core | Rs 95,880 |
| Zoho CRM Standard | Rs 96,000 |
| ViveLead Professional | Rs 1,19,880 |
| TeleCRM Core + Chat Sync + setup | Rs 1,21,879 |
| Kylas Elevate (flat) | Rs 1,55,988 |
| Zoho CRM Professional | Rs 1,68,000 |
| Freshsales Pro | Rs 3,88,680 |
| HubSpot Sales Professional | Rs 8,99,640 + Rs 1,25,000 onboarding |
Read that list twice. HubSpot appears third from the top and last, and both entries are correct.
The Flat-Price Question
Kylas is the only CRM here that does not charge per user. It is Rs 12,999 a month flat, roughly Rs 15,339 with GST, for unlimited user licences. Its own pricing page shows the figure but not the maths that matters, which is where flat stops being expensive and starts being cheap.
The crossover, against each per-user plan:
| Compared against | Kylas is cheaper from |
|---|---|
| ViveLead Starter, Rs 499 | 27 users |
| Bigin Premier, Rs 720 | 19 users |
| TeleCRM, Rs 799 | 17 users |
| Zoho CRM Standard, Rs 800 | 17 users |
| ViveLead Professional, Rs 999 | 14 users |
| Zoho CRM Professional, Rs 1,400 | 10 users |
So the honest answer to “is flat pricing cheaper”: below about 14 users, no, and it is not close. At 5 users Kylas costs Rs 2,600 per head against Rs 499 to Rs 800 elsewhere. Above 20 users it is one of the better-value tools in India, and above 30 it is hard to beat on price alone.
If you searched for a flat-price unlimited-user CRM in India, Kylas is the tool you were looking for. Whether it is the right one depends on headcount, and now you can work that out in one line: Rs 12,999 divided by your per-user alternative equals the number of seats where it wins.
Where ViveLead Sits, Including Where It Loses
ViveLead is Rs 499 Starter, Rs 999 Professional, Rs 1,699 Business, per user per month, same rate monthly or yearly. HRMS and payroll are a Rs 99 per user add-on, Rs 79 on yearly. WhatsApp, calling and AI usage bill to a wallet on top, and WhatsApp runs on your own Meta account so Meta invoices you at Meta’s rate and we never touch that number.
Where it does not win:
- Bigin is cheaper. Rs 400 against Rs 499. If you want a clean pipeline and nothing else, Bigin Express is less money and it is a good product.
- Kylas wins on headcount. Past 14 users its flat fee beats our Professional plan on seat cost. That is arithmetic, not opinion.
- Zoho has more product. Zoho CRM Enterprise at Rs 2,400 and the wider Zoho ecosystem at Rs 1,250 per user for fifty applications do things we do not. A large team with an admin who enjoys configuration will get further with Zoho.
- HubSpot Sales Starter undercuts our Professional plan at Rs 585. If you only need a shared contact database and email tracking, that is the cheaper shelf.
Where it does win: one login covering CRM, WhatsApp on the official API, SIM-based call logging with recording, deals, quotes and invoices, plus HRMS for another Rs 99, with no onboarding fee, no per-user charge to sync WhatsApp, no annual lock-in required to reach the advertised price, and no separate invoice for the second tool you would otherwise be buying.
For most 5 to 30 person Indian teams the decision is not which entry price is lowest. It is how many logins and invoices you are willing to run, and what the second tool costs once you count it.
How to Compare Without Getting Caught
- Price the tier that has the feature you actually need, never the entry tier.
- Multiply by headcount, then by twelve. Per-month numbers hide the size of the decision.
- Add every add-on that is not optional for your workflow. WhatsApp sync, documents, AI credits.
- Add onboarding and setup fees to year one only, and keep them visible.
- Add 18 percent GST at the end, and check whether the vendor bills in rupees at all.
- Count the logins. A cheap CRM plus a separate WhatsApp tool is two subscriptions, two sets of contacts and two bills.

Sources and Dates
Every figure here comes from the vendor’s own pricing page, loaded from India on 7 September 2026: Zoho CRM, Bigin by Zoho, Freshsales, TeleCRM, Kylas, HubSpot and Salesforce. ViveLead’s prices are our own live plan documents.
Software pricing moves. Kylas does not display its figure to every visitor, HubSpot’s India prices differ from its US ones, and Salesforce’s dollar prices move against the rupee on their own. Before you sign anything, open the vendor’s page yourself and check the number against this one. If you find a figure here that has changed, tell us and we will correct it.
One price, both billing terms, no onboarding fee
ViveLead is Rs 499, Rs 999 or Rs 1,699 per user per month. The yearly rate is the same rate, and there is no implementation charge to unlock it.
