Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your ViveLead account (the CRM and HRMS app published by ViveLead, available on Android and iOS) and the data associated with it. ViveLead is operated by AiSphereX. If you have an account, you can request that your account and its associated data be deleted at any time using the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
ViveLead processes account deletion by verified email request. To request deletion of your account and associated data:
- From the email address registered on your ViveLead account, send an email to contact@vivelead.com.
- Use the subject line Delete my account.
- In the message, include the registered name, email, and phone number on the account so we can verify ownership.
We verify that the request comes from the account owner before any data is deleted. This protects your account from deletion by someone other than you. Once verified, we delete your account and associated data within the timeframe described below and email you to confirm.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data tied to it, including:
- Your account profile: name, email address, phone number, and role within your organization.
- Leads, contacts, deals, notes, and follow-up records you stored in ViveLead.
- Call activity records and recordings associated with your account.
- Attendance records and the location stamps captured when you check in or out for attendance.
- Documents and files you uploaded to your account.
- Integration connections you authorized, such as Google Calendar or email, and the optional data synced through them.
Location is only collected as an optional stamp at the moment you check in or out for attendance, never continuously in the background, and it is removed with the rest of your account data.
This deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed, so export anything you want to keep before you submit the request.
What Data Is Retained and Why
Some records are retained for a limited period after deletion only where the law or a legitimate business reason requires it:
- Billing and transaction records needed to meet tax, accounting, and financial-regulation obligations are retained for the period required by Indian law.
- Records required to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements are retained until that need ends.
Retained records are limited to what is legally necessary and are deleted once the obligation expires. We do not keep your operational CRM and HRMS data after deletion except as stated here.
How Long Deletion Takes
After we verify your request, your personal information is deleted within 30 days. Call activity records are permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure. Backups are purged on our regular backup cycle following deletion.
Account Holders and Team Members
If you are an individual user added to a company workspace by your employer, your employer is the account administrator and controls that workspace’s data. We will action your personal deletion request and, where appropriate, notify or coordinate with your account administrator, since some records may be owned by the organization rather than by you individually.
If you are the company administrator and want to delete the entire organization account, state that clearly in your request and we will process the full workspace deletion.
