Kommo Alternative: ViveLead, WhatsApp CRM from $19/user (2026)
Kommo Base went from $15 to $25 per user on 1 September 2026, with no monthly billing and a 6-month minimum. ViveLead is a WhatsApp CRM at $19 per user billed yearly, $24 monthly, no minimum term, no lead or contact caps.
Why People Are Searching for a Kommo Alternative Right Now
Kommo is a good WhatsApp-first CRM. The reason this page exists is what changed on 1 September 2026.
- Base went from $15 to $25 per user per month. Advanced went from $25 to $35. Kommo’s own pricing guide states both. Accounts opened before that date kept the old rate, so the person who signed up in August and the person who signed up last week now pay very different money for identical software.
- There is no monthly plan. Kommo’s pricing FAQ is direct about it: the minimum subscription period is six months. On Base that is $150 per user before your first renewal decision, and $750 for a team of five.
- The plans are metered. Base gives 2,500 active leads per user, 12,500 contacts per seat and 100 custom fields for the whole account. Growth costs a tier, not just a seat.
- One WhatsApp number on Base. A second number means a second user or a jump to Advanced.
None of that makes Kommo a bad product. It makes it an expensive one to commit to sight unseen, at a moment when the price just moved 67 percent.
The Alternative: ViveLead
ViveLead is a full sales CRM with the official WhatsApp Business API built in from the Professional plan, sold month to month or yearly, with no minimum term.

The trade is legible in that last row, and it runs both ways. Kommo is broader across social channels. ViveLead goes deeper on the phone: calling sits inside the CRM with recordings, and on the Business plan an AI agent calls a new lead within minutes and qualifies it in English before a rep picks up the thread. No Kommo tier does that, because Kommo’s AI agents answer chats rather than place calls.
The Cost Math
Meta charges per conversation on the official WhatsApp API. Both tools pass that through at cost, billed by Meta to your own WhatsApp Business account. So the comparison is platform cost and commitment.
A team of five, getting started. Kommo Base cannot be bought monthly, so the entry ticket is six months at $25, which is $750 committed. ViveLead Professional month to month is $120 for the same five people, cancellable at the next month.
A team of five, over a year. Kommo Base at list is $300 per user, so $1,500. ViveLead Professional billed yearly is $228 per user, so $1,140. Kommo does discount 9, 12 and 24-month terms but does not publish those rates, so ask them for the number before you compare.
A team of ten that also wants calling. Kommo Pro at $45 brings unlimited WhatsApp numbers and VoIP integrations, which is $5,400 a year, and the phone system is still a third-party account you set up and pay separately. ViveLead Business at $29 billed yearly is $3,480 for ten users with calling and the AI caller in the plan, and per-minute telephony charges drawn from a wallet at cost.
Who Should Switch, and Who Should Not
Switch to ViveLead if the September price move pushed Kommo past what the tool is worth to you, if committing six months to a CRM you have used for two weeks is not how you buy, if you keep bumping the 2,500-lead or 100-custom-field ceiling, or if the next thing your team needs is to actually call the leads rather than message them.
Stay on Kommo if your buyers arrive through Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and Messenger as much as WhatsApp. That is the job Kommo is built for and ViveLead honestly is not. Also stay if you rely on a specific app from Kommo’s marketplace, or if you locked in the old $15 rate before 1 September, in which case you are on a price nobody can buy any more and this page is not for you.
Switching Is a Week, Not a Project
- Export leads, contacts and companies from Kommo as CSV.
- ViveLead maps and imports them in 2 to 3 business days, free on annual plans, with your pipeline stages recreated as they were.
- Point your WhatsApp Business number at ViveLead. You keep the number, the Meta business account and your approved templates, and you keep paying Meta directly.
- A working session covers the inbox, pipeline and follow-up rules.
- Go live, then let Kommo lapse at the end of your committed term rather than paying twice.
Because your Kommo term is prepaid, the sensible move is to import early and run both until the term ends. Nothing about the WhatsApp number forces a hard cutover date.
Buying From India, Selling Worldwide
ViveLead is built in India and priced for the world: $19 per user is a market price, not a currency conversion. Being straight about what that means for you.
We are a small team, so you get the people who wrote the software rather than a support tier. Annual billing in USD is arranged with us directly rather than through a self-serve checkout. The trial works the same way: it starts at 3 days, and we extend it while you evaluate, because a clock that runs before your data is in tests nothing.
