The type of information we collect depends on how you interact with ViveLead:

Website Visitors

When you browse our website, we collect:

  • Technical Information: IP address, location, and browsing behavior (pages visited, time spent)
  • Device Information: Device model, operating system, browser type and version
  • Tracking Data: Cookies and analytics data (if accepted)
  • Contact Details: Information you provide when submitting inquiries or contact forms

Customers (Service Users)

When you become a ViveLead customer, we collect:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, company details
  • Payment Information: Billing details (processed securely via third-party payment gateways)
  • Business Information: Company size, industry, use case details
  • Support Data: Customer support interactions, inquiries, and feedback

Users (Authorized by Customers)

For users invited by customers to use ViveLead, we collect:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, role within organization
  • Usage Data: IP address, login activity, feature usage patterns
  • Engagement Metrics: How you interact with different features and tools
  • Integration Data: Optional data from connected tools like Google Calendar, email systems, or communication platforms (only if enabled)

Lead and Customer Data

As part of our CRM service, customers may store:

  • Lead Information: Contact details, interaction history, preferences
  • Customer Records: Business relationships, communication logs, sales data
  • Custom Fields: Any additional information customers choose to track

Important: If you choose to integrate third-party tools like Google Calendar, SMS, or Call Logs, we may collect data only for business purposes related to the service. You can disable these integrations at any time through your account settings.


2. CALL LOG ACCESS (ANDROID)

With your explicit permission, ViveLead reads your device’s call history (READ_CALL_LOG) solely to attach incoming, outgoing, and missed calls to the matching lead in your CRM timeline. We collect the phone number, call type, timestamp, duration, and SIM slot of calls made to or from numbers already saved as leads in your account; calls to other numbers are ignored on-device and never transmitted to our servers.

ViveLead does not record call audio. Call-log data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn, or other remarketing pipeline, and is explicitly carved out of the third-party services described in this policy.

Call records are stored on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) servers for the lifetime of your subscription and permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure or on written request to contact@vivelead.com. Your company administrator (the enterprise customer) can view call activity for leads owned by users within their organisation.

ViveLead operates as a TRAI/DLT-registered telemarketing solution (Telemarketer ID 1102334170000094715, registered via VILPOWER) for B2B sales teams; agents using the app remain individually responsible for compliance with NDNC and DLT messaging registration when contacting consumers.


3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your data responsibly and transparently for the following purposes:

Service Provision

  • Create and manage your ViveLead account
  • Process payments and handle billing
  • Provide the CRM and lead management services you’ve subscribed to
  • Enable features like lead tracking, team collaboration, and reporting
  • Facilitate integrations with third-party tools you choose to connect

Improving User Experience

  • Analyze website visitor behavior to improve site performance
  • Monitor service usage to enhance features and functionality
  • Conduct research to develop new tools and capabilities
  • Optimize user interface and user experience design
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system stability

Marketing & Communication

  • Send service updates, security alerts, and important announcements
  • Provide newsletters and promotional content (only with your explicit consent)

Third-Party Marketing: If you opt-in, we may use third-party services like Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, or LinkedIn for remarketing advertisements. These advertising integrations are strictly limited to web-based marketing data and never receive call log information from the mobile app. You can opt-out at any time.

Call log carve-out: Call log data collected by the ViveLead Android app is never shared with any advertising partner and is excluded from all remarketing, targeting, and ad measurement pipelines.

  • You will be notified of any such transfer
  • The new entity will be bound by this Privacy Policy

All third-party providers are required to maintain the same level of data protection and security that we provide.

After termination of services, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business reasons.


7. DEVICE PERMISSIONS

The ViveLead Android app requests the following device permissions. Each is used only for the purpose stated; you can revoke any permission at any time from your device settings.

  • Phone (READ_CALL_LOG): Read call history to attach calls to matching leads in your CRM timeline. Calls to numbers not saved as leads are ignored on-device.
  • Phone (READ_PHONE_STATE): Detect when a call starts or ends so the app can prompt you to log the call against the right lead.
  • Phone (CALL_PHONE): Place outbound calls to leads directly from the app when you tap a phone number.
  • Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Show new lead alerts, task reminders, and assignment notifications.
  • Internet (INTERNET): Sync data with ViveLead servers (AWS Mumbai, ap-south-1).

The iOS app does not access call logs (Apple does not expose this API to third-party apps).


8. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES & RIGHTS

You have full control over your personal data:

Access Rights

  • Data Export: Request a copy of all personal data we store about you
  • Account Information: View and download your account details anytime
  • Usage Reports: Access reports on how your data has been used

Correction Rights

  • You maintain control over what data is synchronized

Google API Services: Limited Use Disclosure

ViveLead’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Calendar scopes used:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events: to create, update, and delete calendar events that you book or cancel through ViveLead.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly: to read your calendar events and free/busy availability so the app can show and schedule appointments.

How we use Google Calendar data:

  • Display your existing events and free/busy times within ViveLead so you and your team can schedule appointments without conflicts.
  • Create calendar events for appointments booked through ViveLead and keep them in sync if the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled.
  • Show booked appointments alongside the lead and deal they belong to inside ViveLead.

What we do not do (Limited Use commitments):

  • We do not use Google Calendar data to serve ads or for any advertising purpose.
  • We do not sell, rent, license, or transfer Google Calendar data to third parties.
  • We do not use Google Calendar data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google Calendar data, except (a) with your explicit consent for a specific support case, (b) for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) for internal operations on data that has been anonymized in aggregate.

You can revoke ViveLead’s access to your Google Calendar at any time from your Google Account permissions page or from ViveLead’s integration settings.

ViveLead is not intended for use by children under 18.
